Phoning the privacy commissioner several times, all I ever get is a request to leave a message and never any reply.

I don't even feel it's something that can be dealt with verbally on the phone. I want specifics.

The online complaint form they specify doesn't exist, so I was stuped there too.

I did ring to discuss the matter and left messages to no avail. The link you provided for a complaints form gives a page-not-found error, and consequently I am e-mailing you now. Unaware of any reason another individual might be involved in my affairs, I find this of concern and dispute that disclosure would be "unwarranted". Keep in mind that I am painfully aware of a number of haters who have been amusing themselves, messing up my life with maliciouss slander. I recently managed to get court orders under the harmful digital communications act against two of them, but that doesn't cover lies they send to authorities, and there may be also others in their hate group. By acting on their disinformation, yet concealinhg their identity you have effectively been encouraging them to continue with their malice while denying me any opportunity for defense. Please can you provide the details of the allegations made against me and include any alleged evidence. I am confident there will be no truth in it as I have done nothing to harm anyone ever. 2024-05-24 Personal Information

My request back in April 2022 under the Official Information Act was converted to a request for peronal records in April 2024 by our Ministry of Social Development. I finally recieved two huge bundles of printed documents with a cover note stating some details are concealed to protect "the affairs of another individual".

I'm going to have to laboriously work my way thru to try and establish what they are hiding, but I am being kept in the dark about what I am being accused of, with no opportunity of a defense. I am not aware of ANY other individual I would have done anything to, yet they evidently were anonymously interfering in my life with impunity. Once again it leaves me as a permanent "suspect" from malicious gossip and slander for which there can have been no evidence, because it never happened.

While I now accept my life is over, I am going to brinhg all this shit to a resolution before I go. There is no way I could ever be adequately compensated for the trauma and financial harms they caused over the past decades, but I am going to hold those involved to account. It's important that I stand in defiance of such malfeasance in the emerging social credit system that appears to be based on back stabbing, slander and snitching. Having to suffer in silence as were they guilty of allegations we don't even know of is not justice. Those who fuckup someones life as were it a game for their malevolent amusement should face consequences. If not within the law... then without the law!
