I once had a GP who wasn't just looking for commission on drug sales. She advised me that as a trans person, even more so than post menopausal women, I could be at risk of brittle bone disease. She gave a prescription for biodentical estrogen as the patented version doesn't help metabolise Calcium.

She also recommended vitamin K and balanced Calcium/Magnesium suplements, but pointed out I could get those from eating healthy natural food. For instance, tradional bone broth (especially from grass fed beef bones) would give me all the Calcium and Magnesium I need. It is important these are ballanced as they compete so excess of one may result in deficiency of the other. Vitamin K on the other hand, comes from green vegetables like spinach and maybe I should have added something green to my bone broth, but suspect that boiling them might destroy their goodness.

Note: I blogged about this before but it got displaced as I had other concerns, but have decided to get back to healthy living now and will be resurecting and expanding the pages I had about this topic in this section.

help!

My last doctor visit I was bullied and intimidated to get "the jab" and the guy had just been on a Pfizer sponsored seminar: Completely brainwashed and not interested in the blood clot issues despite the fact I am diagnosed with potentieally fatal pulmonary embolisms. I've since foujnd out that medical practitioners were getting financial incentive as a payment per jab from the government and now I've completely lost all trust in the whole medical profession.
