Gender Identity

Gender vs Sex

Core tenet of feminism is oppression and coercion of female people into subordinate roles. Emancipation would place them into the more dominant, traditionally male, positions they feel they deserve. However besides a reproductive difference there are also statistical physical and psychological differences, that predisposes men and women to aspire to different roles in society.

There are exceptions to these statistics and thus there can be male people with a more feminine mind set and female people that are more maculine. Sex and gender should not be conflated so that trangender can be acknowledged as a genuine condition: A healthy mind in a healthy body, but just not the usual alignment of the two.

Transphobia

I used to try discussing the issues intelligently online but it was pointless: Wherever I went, I was attacked, got blocked or shadow banned. Here is a recent screen shot of typical shadow ban on Youtube. I think some just want to abuse us as a prop for their political agenda, but don't want us to come across as rational with a valid point of view.

gender identity is NOT sexuality

Back when they dropped the requirement for psychological assessment, I expressed my concerns about transgender self identification. IMO it undermines our claim that we would have a genuine medical condition. It also facilitates abuse as a cover by sexual deviants and apparently has enabled some men to compete unfairly in women's sports.

I have absolutely no issue with fetish cross dressers or drag artists. They are doing nobody harm with that, but what I do object to is rapist, and child molesters claiming transgender status as a cover to gain access to more victims. It foments distrust and persecution of innocent trans people and in deed those are among the vile allegations that have been levelled at me personally out of malice and based on lies and misrepresentation.

Fashion

Unable to get work a few years back WINZ sent me on a sewing course. I worked hard at it and I was enjoying creativity to manifest my feminine aspirations. In ajacent video I feature one of the first dresses I made. Contrary to hatefilled allegations, it was never an expression of sexuality, but even at my age it would not be unnatural for a woman to enjoy dressing up, to look her best, or even for sex appeal. I can see no reason I should be shamed for it.

To be continued

I am planning to restore some of what I wrote back when I was still trying to understand the issues that concerned me.
