Green Power

The reality of fossil fuels is that eventually they will run out. Personally I think we should leave it predominantly to free market forces to naturally transition from our dependence and I do see scope for allowing population reduction to take place because I don't believe the world can feed so many once we lose our fossil fuels, but what alternatives do we have?

Nuclear Energy

Nuclear power got a bad reputation, partially because it was a dirty technology coupled with creating nuclear weapons when there are actually far cleaner implemenmtations like using Thorium as the fuel, rather than enriched Uranium and ultimately nuclear fusion does have the potential of leaving no radioactive waste at all.
