Malice confirmed

Back in England my ex and her lawyers had traumatized our son, weaponizing him for gains in an acrimonious divorce. Eventually she had gained sole custody in a hearing that I didn't even know was taking place. We (my son and I) were excluded form having any contact at all, "to be on the safe side" and I was told my objection to not being informed of the hearing was dismissed as "having no merit". So I packed my bags once again and returned to New Zealand.

Realizing she was going to get no further money from me, as my career was utterly destroyed by all this, she eventually phoned me up and told me to come get him...

Alas, now in New Zealand many false accusations were made to CYF and he came home crying on several occassions after yet another interrogation at school. Eventually I put in a request to know what was going on and it turned out to be a vindictive woman: Her idea of revenge for my refusing to have a sexual relationship was evidently to abuse my son and use him to manipulate the authorities against me.

Criminal Investigation

A number of disclosures I've requested were totally blacked out and the only circumstance that authorities are allowed to do that is if someone is under criminal investigation (so as not to tip off the suspect). Now I know for a fact that I have never done anything to harm anyone and thus there can be zero evidence against me. Recently it transpired that there is a felon in the UK by the same birth name as I, but he is 10 years younger and I have the alibi that I was living in Christchurch, New Zealand, at the time his offenses were committed in Leeds, UK.

All these allegations were made many years ago and I believe the police have been aware that it was not me, but I intend to find out for a fact in the near future.

There was a subsequent report made where CYF disclose that I would be under investigation by a lawyer. However, they don't work for free and I don't believe their malicious informant would have hired such, so it implies someone else did. I suspect it could have been my siblings who had gone on a grabbing spree of family assets and were conspiring to deny me my fair share of inheritance at the time. There is evidence that they were colluding with said CYF snitch to defame and slander me.

Indeed I noticed my home was under surveillance. At the time I had no idea why, but now that I finally got a Harmful Digital Communications court order against said snitch and another cyber troll posting any more allegations against me online, I think it's high time such investigations by authorities are closed and the blight removed from my name.

Another OIA request

I am going back to what is now Oranga Tamariki to request the identity of said lawyer as I believe I have a right to know exactly what records they hold about me. I want to make sure their investigation is finished and that whoever instigated it will not carry on with further unjustifiable abuse.
